Used the oat flour to make cinnamon and blueberry scones. OMG they were just divine. Made 8 and froze 7 before I devoured the lot!!!! Great for a brekkie treat at weekend. Just take out of freezer and Reheat in air fryer and the kitchen is filled with baking smells again. Yum!!!!
