I like the product, Hazelnut and cocoa butter, but I'm very reluctant to repurchase because of the plastic container it's packaged in. Plastic is a cause of serious environmentla issues, it is a product that worsens reliance on oil for the creation of plastic and later it causes pollution. It also comes with health risks. I had to decant the butter into glass jars when I received my order because I'm not happy to store my food in plastic. I realise sometimes breakages can be an issue with glass packaging and I'm sympathetic to business owners who obviously want to avoid products being damaged in transit but careful outer protective packaging should minimise this problem and glass is far preferable to plastic. Alternatively it might be worth considering the mode of transport currently being used to deliver. I'm not even 100% clear on whether the container contains the notable chemicals of concern like BPA. I received a free sample of Protein Mix which was also very nice, and I'd be happy to purchase larger quantities to use in youghurt, icecream or as a snack by itself but, again, I'm bothered by the plastic packaging it is supplied in. I'm inclined to begin making my own hazelnut butter but I hope Wyldsson will review their packaging policy and would like to repurchase if they do.
