I’m wondering if you would develop seed & fruit & Choc nibs like the promix - without nuts.
REASON: For Snack box, school lunch.
My grand-daughter In in a classroom where a child has nut allergies / and another child has a severe egg allergy - anaphylactic. So their classroom are not allowed: eggs, nuts. Also there is a ban on yogurt & yogurt drinks - as they spill & create dreadful smell, can’t be cleaned up.
So, it’s not easy to come up with a varied snack / lunches, with the limitations.
They are getting fed up of ham/meat & cheese
