Sorry guys this took far too long to arrive. I waited so long in fact that I'd given up hope of it turning up and ordered from someone else. Having said that, it was very well packaged when it did eventually get here.

This was the first delivery I have received since the packaging was changed to “paper” outer layer. The seam of the muesli bag split and the muesli spilled out into the carton

Ordered 6 bags overnight oats , couldn’t deliver , rescheduled for next ( which was Thur 22/11/18) Still no delivery

I ordered the sample bundle, and when it arrived the box was damaged and both the muesli and porridge toppers were torn open. I emailed immediately, but this was three days ago and as yet I have had no reply. A very poor service from a company that's items are not cheap.

Hi Andy, That is completely unacceptable, and we will be having words with our courier company about how they treated your delivery. We respond to every email immediately, but I have checked and we did not receive an email from you. Can you forward it to dave@wyldsson.com and I will look after it? Dave
For the 2nd time in a row an order arrived incomplete. I emailed to advise my order was short something I paid for and 4 days later there is not even an acknowledgement. We all make mistakes but to ignore a repeat customer... not good form.

Hi Amelia, Yes, the delivery was attempted twice but there was nobody at home to receive it unfortunately. I have passed on the alternative address to our logistics firm, and they will deliver it to that address shortly. We're doing our best to get it to you! Dave
