“Great products, well researched, healthy and delicious. I order their stuff every month and eat it every day. Very innovative food. Really need to work on their packaging however, so much plastic with every order, I would hope they move to compostable packaging soon.”

Hey Stephen, thanks for the message. Packaging is an issue which is causing huge debate in the food industry. We're in the process of moving towards fully recyclable packaging, unfortunately compostable packaging is not widely accepted in the system and ultimately will go to landfill. We're keeping on top of this and constantly trying to improve.

“Very quick and easy to order. Like this taster pack so that I can see which mixes I prefer. Didn't notice how many had chocolate included (not that I don't love a bit of chocolate!) but in my quest to reduce my sugar addiction at least I only have a 45g tube with other seeds/nuts in.”

“I’m wondering if you would develop seed & fruit & Choc nibs like the promix - without nuts. REASON: For Snack box, school lunch. My grand-daughter In in a classroom where a child has nut allergies / and another child has a severe egg allergy - anaphylactic. So their classroom are not allowed: eggs, nuts. Also there is a ban on yogurt & yogurt drinks - as they spill & create dreadful smell, can’t be cleaned up. So, it’s not easy to come up with a varied snack / lunches, with the limitations. They are getting fed up of ham/meat & cheese”

“Pro Mix testers are a very good product. I plan on buying the refill bottle and a larger pack of my favourite Pro Mix once I have gone through all the testers. If it was slightly cheaper that would be better.”

“I loved my large refill tube, but I purchased 3 mini tubes which were not as sturdy and I have a feeling that the writing will wear off over time . I wish I had purchased 2 of the large tubes now, the mix is yummy though.”

“Hi Dave, I ordered and received very promptly a Christmas Hamper Gift and a Secret Santa Gift Box. All products were good and are currently being enjoyed by my sons. Unfortunately, the Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread in the hamper was leaking, luckily it was wrapped in brown paper within the hamper box so no other products were stained etc I discarded the container of paste. Mairead McWhinney”
